Your booking/reservation has a reservation number, to which you must refer, when contacting us or making payment.

 

Payment can be made in advance, using the link in the order confirmation forwarded to you, or on board the ferry. Cancellation of, or changes to, your reservation can be made using the link in the order confirmation forwarded to you, or by contacting our office during opening hours.

 

Your reservation can be cancelled or changed until 30 minutes before departure. Refunds can only be carried out, once you have cancelled the reservation.

 

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation  due to force majeure, disasters, industrial action, fire- or water damage, acts of war or the like, without Ærøfærgerne being liable for compensation.
